Details and Instructions Level 8 Self Evolution
This is a very important level that will assist in bridging THETA and DELTA. It will strengthen your ability to transition between both states with ease and grace.
Take particular care to read everything below and if you have any questions, please open a support ticket and ask for help or clarification. If there is any level where you might consider doing for two consecutive months, this is it.
Brainwave Targets
General Focus
1.5Hz-3 Hz - Theta and Delta combination.
Theta
Creativity, intuition, daydreaming, fantasizing, recollection, imagery, dreamlike, switching thoughts, drowsiness; "oneness", "knowing", repository for memories, emotions, sensations. Can lead to trance-like states. Theta strong during internal focus, meditation, prayer + spiritual awareness. Reflects state between wakefulness+ sleep. Relates to subconscious.
Delta
Deep sleep, no dreams, physical healing and recuperation, healing of the limbic system, may positively improve symptoms of PTSD, empathy. Believed to help with inner growth and wisdom, recovery from trauma
Strong Emphasis on the Following
1.5 Hz is a universal healing frequency that assists in letting go of negative feelings and sensations.
3 Hz is the bottom of the THETA RANGE. 3 Hz is very helpful in releasing physical tension.
Sub-delta Stimulation
0.1 High states of meditation, ecstatic states of consciousness, high-level inspiration states, spiritual insight, out-of-body experiences, Yogic states of suspended animation
Recommended Meditation Schedule
- Watch once or twice on days that you use Meditation in Minutes.
- Schedule 3 to 5 days of each week to use Meditation in Minutes.
- Meditate with this level for 4 weeks or more using the above schedule.
- You may choose to do more or less, the choice is yours. I do not recommend exceeding 5 days a week. Integration time is really important.
- You may take 2 days off in a row or split them up. Use your intuition to know what is best.
- Meditating with this level 5 days per week, over 4 weeks, once or twice per day is ideal!
Focal Object and Focal Words
While watching the video, shift your awareness back and forth from the focal objects to the focal words (sentence) .
In the past, I said that you could switch back and fourth as you like without any limitations. Level 8 is different!
You can begin shifting your awareness as you like but before moving to level 9, I would like you to be able to reduce the amount of times you shift your awareness to 4 times.
For instance:
#1: Start with the focal sentence - let the energetic meaning grow in you. Allow the words to share its energy with you AND share your energy with the words. Imagine the energy flowing in a graceful loop between you and the words. Develop a relationship with energetic meaning of the words.
# 2: Shift your awareness to the focal objects (see below for instructions on how to be aware of the focal objects.)
#3: shift your awareness back to the focal words
#4: Shift your awareness back to the focal objects
If any distractions enter your mind during this process, simply acknowledge them, dismiss them and return your attention to either the focal words or the focal object.
Feel free to start any way that you like. The goal is limit the amount of times that you shift your awareness to 4 times while comfortably and easily dismissing any distractions that may come up.
Instructions for the focal objects.
While watching the video, your primary attention is on the center focal object approximately 50%. The other 50% of your awareness is simultaneously being aware of the movement of the other two focal objects.
This means widening you gaze! Your eyes are wide open and fully relaxed when your attention is on the focal objects.
When it is time to shift your attention to the focal words, you may narrow your gaze on the words as you see fit.
Level 8 Tasks: Neutralize the emotional charge associated with 3 negative memories.
****The first time you work with LEVEL 8, it is to build confidence, success and momentum with the process.
Week 1 - Step 1.
Before engaging with Level 8, spend some time in introspection and write down 3 memories that carry a negative emotional charge for you.
Avoid going super intense. Your first two items should be a level "6 out of 10" intensity level or lower.
Your third item can a "7 or an 8". Avoid working with things that are "9 or 10" intensity level the first time around.
You can always repeat LEVEL 8 anytime you want and work with things that are more intense only after you have completely neutralized the energetic charge of the first 3 .
The goal is to let go of the energetic charge associated with the memory. The goal is NOT to erase the memory but rather to neutralize the charge.
Once you've chosen the three items you are going to neutralize. rank them in order of less intense to more intense.
The item wit the weakest charge is in the first position and the item with the strongest charge is in the third position.
Week 1 - Step 2:
Rewrite them as " With ease and grace, I let go of ALL the energy that is associated with___"The Memory/ person and / or event"______________ that does not serve my highest good.
Once you've ranked them appropriately and rewritten them, write each one down on a separate index card or small piece of paper and put them aside and ask that your subconscious mind prepare to let go of these.
This is an act of intention. Pick up each card and as you look at it, ask that your subconscious mind and your guide group prepare to let it go and neutralize the energy.
Do this one time with trust, and set the cards aside in a place where you can easily access them beginning with the least intense one when you begin week 2
Week 1 - Step 3:
Week 1 is "prep week." Simply watch the Level 8 video with the understanding that it is preparing you to let go. You are not to look or read your three items. Make sure you have put them aside in a place where you will not see them during the first week. Simply enjoy the Level 8 video and create your Anchor.
Week 2 - Step 1:
Staring with the least intense item on your list. Read it aloud before each time your watch the LEVEL 8 video. Read it as a command. Read it with authority!
Work with it until it is neutralized to a minimum of "2 out of 10" intensity level before moving to week 3. If you have to repeat "week 2" three times before it is neutralized, then so be it. This is why I want you to work with smaller things and build success so that you can get through each one in about a week.
Remember, you can always repeat this level anytime you want with bigger things and take as much time as needed.
The first time you work with LEVEL 8, it is to build confidence, success and momentum with the process.
Week 3 - Step 1:
Week 3 (or whatever it is based on how long it took you to neutralize your fist item) you will begin working with the next time on your list. Take as long as it takes until the energy is neutralized to a minimum of "2 intensity level"
Week 4 - Step 1:
Week 4 (or whatever it is based on how long it took you to neutralize your fist item) you will begin working with the next time on your list. Take as long as it takes until the energy is neutralized to a minimum of "2 intensity level"

Want Better Results? Choose This Option..
Plan your meditation sessions one week in advance. Mark your meditation days and the times you will meditate on your calendar. Do your best to keep your schedule.
If you miss a session, reschedule that very same day.
Be thoughtful and mindful when you create your schedule. It is better to create a schedule that you will keep, then to miss your appointments.
When you first begin scheduling your meditation sessions, it may be wise to only schedule a few slots on your calendar so you can get use to keeping your appointments with yourself. It is still recommended that you meditate with the program 5 days per week, one or twice per day, this just means that of those sessions, only a few are slotted on your calendar.
Once you become adept and keeping your schedule, begin to gradually increase the amount of sessions that you schedule on your calendar.
Why will this make a difference?
Ask yourself this questions and answer it for yourself. Practice taping into your innate intelligence.
I will say this: There are several foundational and ENERGETIC benefits to doing this that will support you your entire life.

Brainwave Targets

Delta

Strong Emphasis on the Following
All of the frequencies listed are represented strongly in this release. The compound nature of this release stimulates through 1.25 Hz to 4 Hz with strong spikes at 3 Hz and 4 Hz every 60 seconds.
The purpose is to stimulate and balance the vast majority of the Delta range as it pertains to brain health and healing while encouraging and supporting new pathway growth.
Sub-delta Stimulation

There are two focal objects in level 10. There are no focal words but rather a focal background that contains words. We won't be paying particular attention to any of it. :) See instruction video for clarification!
Your job is to watch the video using the instruction outlined in "The Task".
The Task
The "Curiosity" Task!
The process of engaging in curiosity is by its very nature, brain building.
Curiosity commands the brain to expand, wonder and wander.
Curiosity engages the brain in a very unique way. True curiosity changes the brain chemistry encouraging and favoring new neural-pathway generation and growth.
When a person begins to be curious, the electricity in the brain changes to encourage growth and expansion.
Read the three sentences below and notice how the use of "curious" changes the energy, feeling and flow in the 3rd sentence.
#1: I am commanding that I grow new neural-pathways to support my highest good as I watch Level 10.
#2: I ask that my brain to grow new neural-pathways to support my highest good as I watch Level 10.
# 3: I am curious as to how many new neural-pathways I will grow to support my highest good while watching Level 10.
Which sentence makes you feel better? Which one seems to create expansion and flow? Which sentence would yield more neural-pathway growth?
The word "curious" allows us to do somethings with language that effectively improves the flow of balanced energy.
Curiosity activates the brain in ways that we could not otherwise do.
The process of being curious is hard-coded into our DNA and deeply into the oldest parts of our brain. Survival, creativity, innovation, advanced problem solving are all born of curiosity.
When we engage in curiosity, we are awakening and activating our brain in special and unique ways that allow us to re-wire and reprogram with grater ease and grace.
Your Task:
The purpose of this task is use curiosity to assist you in rewiring your brain for a particular benefit or outcome.
Instructions:
Before sitting down to Level 10 sessions, take a few minutes and create a "Curiosity Statement" that represents positive change you want to see in yourself. The write it out on an index card or paper that can be easily accessed.
Be very precise with your language making certain to emphasize what you want as oppose to what you don't want. The "Arrow" of your intention must be pointed forward, not backwards.
Then, above your "Curiosity Statement", write the matching intention.
When you are done, you will have an "Intention Statement" and a "Curiosity Statement".
I've included some examples below to assist you in formulating your language based on some difficult subjects.
For now, I'll complete your instructions:
Once you have everything written out follow these steps each time you use Level 10.
Step 1: Read everything you've written 1 to 3 times so that your brain understands the purpose of what you are doing.
Step 2: Start the video
Step 3: As you watch the video focus in on the "Curiosity" aspects of your "Curiosity Statement". Get curious about how your brain is rewiring.
Get curious about how many new neural-pathways are being built and how they are getting connected to support your intention.
Allow your curiosity to create images in your mind of new neural-pathways growing and connecting in new and surprising ways.
I like to have images and movies come up in my mind as I am watching the video. I make it so that I can still see the Level 10 Video behind the images and moves that are playing in my mind. I highly suggest you practice doing this.
Allow the curiosity to build a new self-image, picture and / or movie about how you look, feel, behave with the new rewiring that has happened.
IMPORTANT TIP: In your mind create a layer between you and the video where you will be curious and watch your pictures and movies that illustrate the "NEW YOU"!
Practice doing this because the technology and balancing of the visual stimulation will help create the reality of your new image.
Step 3 Continued: As you watch Level 10, in that imaginary layer between you and the video, visualize your curiosity about how many new pathways are growing to support you. Then, switch to a movie or a series of mental pictures that show the result of the "New You".
Bounce gracefully back and forth from curiosity of how beautifully and efficiently your brain is handling the task and the curiosity of how you will look, feel, and, behave with the new wiring.
Examples:
Here are some examples based on some difficult subjects.
These examples can be tricky. When dealing with physical or emotional dis-ease, addictions and such, I like to focus on a self-image or an image (picture) of being in and enjoying complete health.
I avoid calling out a specific dis-ease or diagnosis because the most significant underlining causes are likely not known OR NOT ALL known...
..AND, even if they are known and how they are connected, focusing on them does not provide the proper instructions for activating the healing power of curiosity.
You always have to think about "creating, building, newness, moving forward".
When it comes to using curiosity, I would never write an statement that says, "I want to heal my dementia. Or reduce brain plaque or anything that talks about removal or elimination. I would never say, " I don't want to abuse alcohol anymore" OR I want to heal my addiction"
When you formulate your language, always keep the "Arrow of Time" moving onward and upwards.
When you read the examples below, pay attention my language and model your statements accordingly. I'll underline the words that are particularly important.
Drugs /Alcohol / General Addictions:
Intention Statement:
I ask that my brain be rewired (re-programmed) to support a new and natural tendency for enjoying sobriety.
Curiosity Statement:
As I watch level 10, I am curious how efficiently my brain is growing new neural-pathways to support my new and natural tendency for remaining sober. (or enjoying sobriety)
OR
I am so curious how my brain is rewiring to support my new and natural enjoyment of remaining sober.
Physical Healing
Intention Statement:
I ask that my brain be rewired (re-programmed) to support ever increasing brain health OR "new neural-pathways growth that supports consistent improvements in my short-term memory and long term memory Or just "Memory".
Curiosity Statement:
As I watch level 10, I am so curious how my brain is rewiring to support consistent improvement in my short-term and long-term memory..
OR
I am so curious how my brain is rewiring to improve my short-term and long-term memory.
Emotional Healing
Special notes: When dealing with emotional trauma and pain, you have to start thinking about the negative expressions of those experiences and what they have cost you. Then, you have to find a positive polarity that presupposes the underlying causes have healed or transformed.
Remember, curiosity builds, creates and expands, it does NOT remove or eliminate things directly. The end result can be removal or elimination but only as a natural consequence of growth and expansion.
For instance: Many of my past traumas led to low self-confidence and low self-worth.
So for me, I would work with improving self-confidence, self-worth and self-love.
Intention Statement:
I ask that my brain be rewired (re-programmed) to support ever increasing feelings of self-love and importance. OR "new neural-pathways growth that supports consistent improvements in my self-confidence and self worth.
Curiosity Statement:
As I watch level 10, I am so curious how my brain is rewiring to support consistent improvement in my self-confidence and self worth.
OR
I am so curious how my brain is rewiring to improve my short-term and long-term memory.
IMPORTANT TIP:
The second part of STEP 3 instructions is to build a movie or use a series of pictures that expresses the new change. You are to view them in a imaginary layer between you and the Level 10 video.
You are to access your curiosity about how you will express yourself differently with the new change.
When it comes to things like confidence, you may play a movie about all the pleasant and surprising ways you being confident... maybe on stage or on social situations.
When it comes physical healing, you may create a movie that involves you wining at a memory game.
Create something that is a positive and emotional visual example of how the "new you" is expressing the new change in the outside world.
