Release Notes/Instructions
July's releases contain some of my favorite audio and brain stimulation combinations for starting my day and finishing my day.
Relaxed and Ready excellent for mornings. and Manifesting 2019 is ideal for later in the afternoon, evening or up to 2 hours before bed time.
Take the Challenge!!!
1: Utilize Relaxed and Ready five days in a row in the morning or before starting your work day. The ideal is to utilize it during the fist hour that you are awake.
2: Utilize Manifesting 2019 five days in a row (on the same days that you are utilizing Relaxed and Ready) in the late afternoon, evening up to 2 hours before bedtime.
I'll talk about the purpose in greater detail in my release notes video (coming soon).
The purpose is to prime your brain for positivity and balance in the morning and in the evening based on how the brain responds differently to frequencies and patterns at different times during the day.
Most people will find that doing this challenge for five consecutive days will have positive impact on mood, attitude and productivity. Continuing the challenge for 4 consecutive week will typically continue to augment this positive effects.
