Can lead to trance-like states. Theta strong during internal focus, meditation, prayer + spiritual awareness. Reflects state between wakefulness+ sleep. Relates to subconscious.

Recommended Meditation Schedule
- Watch once or twice on days that you use Meditation in Minutes.
- Schedule 3 to 5 days of each week to use Meditation in Minutes.
- Meditate with this level for 4 weeks or more using the above schedule.
- You may choose to do more or less, the choice is yours. I do not recommend exceeding 5 days a week. Integration time is really important.
- You may take 2 days off in a row or split them up. Use your intuition to know what is best.
- Meditating with this level 5 days per week, over 4 weeks, once or twice per day is ideal!
Level 5 Tasks
The NEW (time-Release) Magic Hat Technique (Watch instruction Video above )
Steps:
- Choose your purpose for wearing the magic hat.
- Visualize a hat on the floor with the open part facing upwards.
- Ask that the hat be filled with all the high vibration frequencies, colors, words and, feelings that are required to assist you for the purpose you have chosen.
- Imagine that high vibration frequencies, colors, words and feelings start to swirl around and fill the hat. (2 to 5 mins)
- Ask that if there as any frequencies that need to be added (for your desired purpose) that they be added now.
- Before putting the hat on, ask that the energy in the hat be balanced for your highest good.
- Then, ask that the energy in the hat to be available to you at the rate and intensity that will serve you best. Ask that it be time-released to you in a way that is balanced, appropriate and for your highest good.
- Pick up the hat, slowly raise it up as you notice the energy moving in the hat. place the hat on your head and begin to feel the energy.
- Wear the hat for as long as you feel you are gently benefiting the energy. (Max 3 to 5 hours) When it is done, remove that hat and offer it to "God, Guidance, Source, the Universe" and say "thank you, thank you, thank you."
How long to war the magic hat?
Maximum, 3 to 5 hours. The minimum is up to you and what is best for you.
Practice accessing your intuition, innate intelligence and in knowing. It may only be 5 minutes. It may be an hour. It may benefit you to wear the hat for several hours.
The goal is to work with your magic hat visualization 3 to 5 days a week. It is acceptable to do this task at anytime you wish. For best results, here are the ideal times to perform this task:
- After your Meditation in Minutes Session
- Before your Meditation in Minutes Session
- Same day as your Meditation in Minutes Session
Want Better Results? Choose This Option..
Plan your meditation sessions one week in advance. Mark your meditation days and the times you will meditate on your calendar. Do your best to keep your schedule.
If you miss a session, reschedule that very same day.
Be thoughtful and mindful when you create your schedule. It is better to create a schedule that you will keep, then to miss your appointments.
When you first begin scheduling your meditation sessions, it may be wise to only schedule a few slots on your calendar so you can get use to keeping your appointments with yourself. It is still recommended that you meditate with the program 5 days per week, one or twice per day, this just means that of those sessions, only a few are slotted on your calendar.
Once you become adept and keeping your schedule, begin to gradually increase the amount of sessions that you schedule on your calendar.
