Level 7 " Inner Guidance" Instructions
Brainwave Targets
General Focus
2 Hz-3.5Hz - Theta and Delta combination.
Theta
Creativity, intuition, daydreaming, fantasizing, recollection, imagery, dreamlike, switching thoughts, drowsiness; "oneness", "knowing", repository for memories, emotions, sensations. Can lead to trance-like states. Theta strong during internal focus, meditation, prayer + spiritual awareness. Reflects state between wakefulness+ sleep. Relates to subconscious.
Delta
Deep sleep, no dreams, physical healing and recuperation, healing of the limbic system, may positively improve symptoms of PTSD, empathy. Believed to help with inner growth and wisdom, recovery from trauma
Strong Emphasis on the Following
2 Hz and 3.5 Hz : Enhancing connection and access to subconscious mind, intuition and guidance.
Sub-delta Stimulation
0.1 High states of meditation, ecstatic states of consciousness, high-level inspiration states, spiritual insight, out-of-body experiences, Yogic states of suspended animation
Recommended Meditation Schedule
- Watch once or twice on days that you use Meditation in Minutes.
- Schedule 3 to 5 days of each week to use Meditation in Minutes.
- Meditate with this level for 4 weeks or more using the above schedule.
- You may choose to do more or less, the choice is yours. I do not recommend exceeding 5 days a week. Integration time is really important.
- You may take 2 days off in a row or split them up. Use your intuition to know what is best.
- Meditating with this level 5 days per week, over 4 weeks, once or twice per day is ideal!
Considerations:
When asking for guidance on something specific, the rate and speed to which you will become conscious of the guidance may vary. Sometimes it may be very quick, other times it may take some time. Other times it will show up when it is appropriate. The point is to trust and let it go
Sometimes you'll get what you ask for, other times you'll get something else. Sometimes things show up unexpectedly. Be open to the process and be pleasantly surprised.
The goal is to work with this process 3 to 5 days a week.

Plan your meditation sessions one week in advance. Mark your meditation days and the times you will meditate on your calendar. Do your best to keep your schedule.
If you miss a session, reschedule that very same day.
Be thoughtful and mindful when you create your schedule. It is better to create a schedule that you will keep, then to miss your appointments.
When you first begin scheduling your meditation sessions, it may be wise to only schedule a few slots on your calendar so you can get use to keeping your appointments with yourself. It is still recommended that you meditate with the program 5 days per week, one or twice per day, this just means that of those sessions, only a few are slotted on your calendar.
Once you become adept and keeping your schedule, begin to gradually increase the amount of sessions that you schedule on your calendar.
Why will this make a difference?
Ask yourself this questions and answer it for yourself. Practice taping into your innate intelligence.

Focal Object and Focal Words
You are the focal object in level 9. Please watch the instruction video for additional clarification:
There are 4 focal words:
- Peacefulness
- Healthiness
- Happiness
- Prosperousness
You are to experience the divine nature of these words.
- Divine Peacefulness
- Divine Healthiness
- Divine Happiness
- Divine Prosperousness
Your job is to choose one of the words and experience the energy associated with that word.
Then, you are to ask that the energy of that word lift off the screen and begin to interact with your outer energetic layers. (Your Aura)
You are to experience and feel it interacting with your energy as is gently spreads, expands and moves to your physical body.
Once it arrives at the physical level, you are then to direct it to a physical location in your body where it will begin to infuse all of its "divine properties" to every cell and molecule in that area or region.
Spend some time experiencing the divine nature and energy of your chosen work in that region and begin to notice how your body is responding.
After some time, the ask that the energy begin to expand to all other cells and molecules in your body. Experience it, feel it spread and caress and support your divine nature and cellular level.
Then, after some time, ask that the energy expand to your energetic layers. (Your Aura). This is the final step. Experience the energy interacting with the fullness of what "is" you.
Important Tips:
I ask that you work with each of these words and the energy equally over the month. It is your choice on how you will do this. Trust your inner guidance.
It is important that that you ask to experience the Divine Nature of these words.
It is important that you know that the Divine Nature and Energy of these words have qualities that reach beyond our "worldly" understanding.
This is an "Asking" exercise. You are asking the the divine nature and energy of these words share its energy with the fullness of your being.
When the energy reaches your physical body, you can ask it and experience it in a place or region where you may feel requires healing, clearing and balancing.
The divine nature of these words have their own unique way of healing, clearing, balancing and increasing your vibration. Avoid telling the energy what to do. Ask that it move in you and share with you its divine nature. That is all. Avoid asking it to heal a specif pain, injury or condition.
Previous levels worked with directed healing. Level 9 is about experiencing divinity, light and grace AND increasing your overall resting vibration.
You will likely have tears of joy at some point during the month while doing this. It may happen many times. Embrace it, love it and thank the energy.
After your thirty days, spend some time in quiet contemplation as see how you are you have evolved. Smile while you do this.
You will be changed forever. Embrace your new self and express gratitude for the gifts you have received from this practice. Then, get ready for level 10. :)
