I recommend that you alternate your focus between the "Heart Chakra" symbol and the outline of the person meditating. Narrow your focus when you are focusing on the Heart Chakra Symbol and widen your focus when you are looking at the outline of the meditating individual.

If you eyes get tired or feel strained in any way relax them by shifting your gaze and by looking at different aspects of the video. You may also close your eyes or look away.
