- Strengthen the left / right brain communication at the Sub-Delta, Delta, Theta and Alpha Range.

Engage your senses and imagine what you would touch, what the air feels and smells like. Imagine kicking up leaves or putting your feat in the water. What does that feel like? What would it be like to sit down and just observe in one each of these landscapes?
