Avoid engaging in negative conversation, gossip or negatively judging others. If you do, cancel it and replace with positive conversation.

If you catch yourself judging someone else in a negative way, cancel it, then bless them silently in your mind at least 3 times with one of the blessings below."​

What you talk about matters! The negative and / or positive attachments associated with your internal and / or external conversations change the way your brain works. Over time, these changes can become automatic and persistent.

If a person consistently indulges in negative talk about others, the world, people and situations, they will be consistently moving brain energy away from positive resources and into aspects of Fight, Flight or Freeze. If this happens for to many years, the brain will favour aspects of Fight, Flight or Freeze by default.

By the same token, if you practice positivity as your default, you can completely reverse any past programming and dramatically improve your overall state of well being (Happiness)

Remember, you will either drive energy into aspects of Fight, Flight or Freeze or you will Move brain energy away from it. Choose your conversations wisely!
