Ten Minute Turn-Around Version 4
-Trigger Eraser-
Instructions:
- Decide on the trigger you want to dissolve .
- Think about the trigger and pretend as if you were just triggered and the unwanted feelings are beginning to build
- Verbally state your intention: "It is my desire to dissolve "this trigger" [________] 100% completely. Use whatever language works for you. Just be certain to make your intention clear that you are to be 100% free of the trigger.
- Watch Video One: As you are watching video one, continue to think about the trigger and the feelings it use to create. Follow the focal object as it moves about on screen. Follow it with your eyes not your head. Breathe naturally. (you'll likely notice that trying to feel the feelings associated with the trigger will get harder as you watch the video.
- After the video finishes, dance around like nobody's watching to a high energy song. You may also use one of Jeff's other Neuro-Scrambling" techniques in place of or in addition to dancing.
- Watch Video Two: As you watch video two, keep focused on the words "Thank You" in center of the video. Do not follow the focal object(s) with your eyes. Just simply be aware of them.
- Take a couple deep breath and go about your day. If possible, wait 24 hours before testing the trigger. The reason I want you to wait is because the trigger will continue to fade over 24-48 hours. If the trigger pops up before 24 hours, it is perfectly fine.
- After 24-48 hours, test your trigger by either thinking about it, or putting yourself in the situation. If there are unwanted feelings associated with the trigger, repeat the process.
NOTES:
- You may have to repeat the process several times to complete dissolve and un-create a trigger.
- Do not use this process more then once every 24 hours. If you do, you greatly increase your chances of a detox reaction.
- You may also use this process on-demand to bring down the negative feelings from being triggered.
- Feel free to read the messages in each corner as you wish.
