The advanced versions contain one focal object on the left and one on the right. When using these versions, do your best to pay attention to how the left focal object is moving with your left eye and how the right focal object is moving with your right eye.
This does not feel natural and it is difficult to do BUT when you attempt to do it, the brain responds in very powerful and positive way that assists supercharging various protocols including those specific to the 10 Minute Turn-around.

The path, pattern and speed of the motion of the focal object may significantly reduce negative feelings when used in conjunction with the TMTA V4 "Calming The Storm protocol.
